1. A maximum of two (2) pets per apartment.<br />2. No animal over 25 pounds.<br />3. Breed restrictions apply.<br />4. Pictures will be taken of each animal.<br />5. A 'Pet Interview' will be performed prior to accepting the animal at the property.<br />6. There will be a "Non-refundable Pet Deposit" for each pet and a monthly "Pet Rent" will be charged per pet.<br />7. All animals will be screened using Pet Screening and registered with that program.<br />8. A Non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 will be charged per animal, and a $250 deposit will be charge per animal if resident does not choose to utilize the pet flexible bond.&nbsp;<br />9. Pet Rent of $25 per month will be charged per animal.<br />10. Pet Fees and Pet Rent will be adjusted based on the current market standards.<br />11. Proof of current vaccination records must be presented.<br /><br />Restricted breeds include:&nbsp;<br /><br />&bull; Pitt Bull<br />&bull; Rottweiler<br />&bull; Bulldog<br />&bull; English Mastif<br />&bull; Siberian Husky<br />&bull; Boxer<br />&bull; Doberman Pinscher<br />&bull; Akita Inu<br />&bull; Chow Chow<br />&bull; German Shepherd<br />&bull; Any mixed breed dog containing any of these breeds.
