• No animal over 50 pounds. 
• Breed restrictions apply.

1. Pictures will be taken of each animal.
2. A 'Pet Interview' will be performed prior to accepting the animal at the property. 
3. There will be a "Non-refundable Pet Deposit" for each pet and a monthly "Pet Rent" will be charged per pet.
4. All animals will be screened using Pet Screening and registered with that program.
5. A Non-refundable Pet Fee of $300 will be charged per animal.
6. Pet Rent of $20 per month will be charged per animal.
7. Pet Fees and Pet Rent will be adjusted based on the current market standards.
8. Proof of current vaccination records must be presented.

 Restricted breeds include:

 Pitt Bull

1. Rottweiler
2. Bulldog
3. English Mastif
4. Siberian Husky
5. Boxer
6. Doberman Pinscher
7. Akita Inu
8. Chow Chow
9. German Shepherd
10. Any mixed breed dog containing any of these breeds.
